Didnt really work for me

I bought this to check a trouble code in my 2002 VW Golf GLS. Followed the instructions in the manual, and even had someone else try just in case I messed up, but All we got was "Linking error". Thinking perhaps its my car we tried a 2003 Audi my parents own, and the same "linking error" screen came up, both cars had trouble lights on, so both should have thrown at least one code each.

Used my dads reader, and boom, code came right up.

Id avoid this one if your looking for a reader, its made in china quality, so unsurprisingly it doesn't work.

Really useful

I will give 4 stars for this product.
I have a 2003 Audi Allroad that recently engine check light is on.
With this scanner, I promptly diagnose my car and can take action for the car.
It is really helpful to know what happened in my car.
Recently, I replaced spark plugs and EGT sensors.
