Nice Winch

Heavy Duty winch. Purchased 9000 lb, received 10,000 lb. Works well so far with both the wired controller and the remote controller. Great customer service - received winch with non-operational clutch - called customer service - spoke to a real and intelligent person - received a new gearbox in 2 days - installed in 10 minutes - problem solved.
